The Asda Foundation has various grants some of which all national and others which are specific to certain areas.
These grants include:
- Bringing Communities back together again: Financial aid to local groups either through a celebration event (following social distancing guidelines) or by getting their activities and services back on track.
- Green Token Giving: Supports small, local, grassroots organisations making a positive impact in their
local community. Each year, Asda customers have the chance to nominate and vote for their favourite local good cause via our Green Token Giving programme (currently running online rather than in-store). - Run for All Grant (Operating across selected stores only): In partnership with Run for All it helps groups organise charity running events across England, enabling people to take on a challenge from 10ks to marathons
whilst raising funds for charities. - Investing in Spaces and Places Grant: For local groups aimed at improving community spaces and places where local people can be together and thrive.
