The Thomas Cook Children’s Charity is a grant making charity, that was set up with the aim of improving children’s lives, both in the UK and overseas. Since 2009, they have been raising funds for charities and organisations that work with children in the UK and Overseas by then awarding grants to help them achieve their goals.

The charity’s funds that are raised are awarded to causes and projects focused on improving children’s lives, by helping to improve access to facilities for education, well-being and health care.

Their Community Grant is an award to a charitable project or individual via the community grants application process. Community grants may be awarded to registered charities, schools and other recognisable and accountable community causes for projects related to improving children’s lives. The project must provide a clear benefit for young people up to the age of 18 and awards for Community Grants are subject to approval by the charity’s Community Steering Committee.
