The following costs are for the development of community sports facilities and are based on providing good quality sports facilities for the 4th Quarter 2013.
These rounded costs are based on typical schemes funded through the Lottery and CAD layouts developed in accordance with Sport England DGNs current at 4th Quarter 2013. It is anticipated that construction output and activity will rise by 2% in 2014 and that tender prices are forecast to rise by 3% to December 2014.
