Funding 4 Sport are delighted to announce that the OneFamily Foundation Community Awards are back, and this time they’re bigger and better than ever!
The Foundation has made £360,000 of funding available, across 52 awards, for OneFamily customers to nominate the local projects they care about most.
Community groups and projects throughout the UK can be nominated in the following five categories:
- Health, Disability & Social Care
- Education (up to 500 students)
- Education (more than 500 students)
- Sports & Social Groups
- Youth & Affiliated Organisations
For this round of Community Awards they have also introduced an exciting sixth category, Developing Skills.
This is where a OneFamily customer can nominate a person to receive funding of up to £5,000 to train or learn a new skill that can be taken back into their local community – ideal for anyone who wants to volunteer, but lacks the funding for the relevant training.
Project nominations close at midday on Wednesday 19th October 2016.
