Facilities Costs Second Quarter 2016

The following costs are for the development of community sports facilities and are based on providing good quality sports facilities for the 2nd Quarter 2016.. Tender prices are forecast to rise nationally by 2.5% to December 2016 although this is likely to be subject to significant regional variation. It is anticipated that construction output will rise nationally by 2.9% in 2016, compared to 6.8% in 2015.
