Grants from £1,000 – £10,000 for capital equipment are available to non-league football clubs, the community trusts of league clubs, as well as education establishments and Councils.

It will cover things such as:

  • replacement of unsafe goalposts
  • portable floodlights
  • storage containers
  • changing pavilion/clubhouse refurbishment and external works
  • grounds maintenance equipment
  • pitch improvement works (natural and artificial surfaces)
  • fencing

You need to provide 50% match funding (the Premier League must be a bit strapped for cash). It can’t be part of a bigger project costing more than £50,000. No deadline is given. Full details here:
